Duo Monk: François Raulin (piano) - Richard Bonnet (guitar) + Sclavis Quartet "India"
François Raulin and Richard Bonnet take on the language of Thelonious Monk with great freedom, bringing forth an atmospheric, powerfully dramatic music with a strong poetic force.
Always loyal to the festival (of which he is the patron), Louis Sclavis, a leading figure in European jazz, invites us this year to listen to his latest album "India", in a quartet formation with his loyal companions: Benjamin Moussay (piano), Sarah Murcia (double bass), and Olivier Laisney (trumpet).
