Appartement décrit disponible avec ascenseur. Mais dans l’immeuble, encore 5 marches avant d’accéder à l’appartement. Or j’ai pris cet appartement car avec poussette. Ce « détail » n’était pas anodin et m’a gênée durant le séjour. Aucune info sur place pour savoir comment accéder à la piscine.

Bonjour, Merci pour votre retour. Nous sommes désolés que ces quelques marches avant l’accès à l’appartement aient compliqué votre séjour, notamment avec une poussette. Nous comprenons tout à fait que ce point puisse être important lorsque l’accessibilité est un critère de choix.
