Très bien situé, vue magnifique, terrasse immense, relativement pratique malgré un 3ème étage sans ascenseur, et un escalier interieur assez raide. Très bien équipé, très lumineux. Tout est en bon état, et fonctionne (sauf la mauvaise réception des chaînes TV, mais on y vient pas pour ça non plus).
