                            Isolation à revoir( menuiseries qui ont 60 ans et paroi en bois non isolée, les objets posés le long de ce mur sont glacés) et revêtement de sol inadapté (moquette) à l'usage, canapé-lit pas très pratique à mettre en place.
A ces détails près l'appartement est plutôt sympatique, bien équipé
