-Il faut avoir de la chance lors de la location, car on peut se retrouver avec un vis à vis dérangeant ou bien une vue sur une butte.
- le nettoyage des parties communes n’est pas réalisé, surtout le couloir niveau 0 et l’ascenseur.
- Une des chambres est haut de gamme, l’autre est nulle.
