Très bel appartement spacieux, confortable et très bien situé Peinture de l'appartement à raffraichir ainsi que les salles de bains .. Problème de WC et de paroi de douche qui laisse l'eau passer, mauvaise étanchéité. Attention au ménage, tout n'etait pas clean Mais cet appartement vaut de l'or !

Probablement le plus bel et le plus grand appartement de Briançon !! Il est situé juste en face de l’escalator menant au télécabine. Difficile, voire impossible, de faire mieux. Sans oublier le parking derrière l’immeuble.
